PURPOSE/SCOPE OF THE POLICY
It applies to all Mobeye services, including the platform, the application and the https://www.mobeye-app.com/ website. This Policy, which will come into force on 1 May 2018, will be updated according to legislative and regulatory developments on the one hand, and the activities and policies of Mobeye SAS on the other.

COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR DATA
For the purposes of this Policy, the term “data” means any personally identifiable information associated with customers and users of the Mobeye Services.
The information we collect does not permit us to disclose, directly or indirectly, so-called “sensitive” data under the Data Protection Act, namely your ethnic or racial origin, your political, philosophical or religious opinions, your trade union membership, your genetic and biometric data, data about your health, your life/sexual orientation.
Information required for creation of a MOBEYE account
To create a Mobeye account, individuals must provide at least their e-mail address and their country of residence.
Depending on the method of payment chosen, you may also be asked to provide your bank details, last name, first name, address and date of birth. This information allows us to identify you when you connect to the MOBEYE application to perform Missions and/or when you request the support service. We also use your email address to contact you to provide assistance or to inform you of changes to our offers.
Information on the accomplishment of the Missions
The following data is collected and processed during the mission completion process via the Mobeye application: name, address, e-mail address, phone number, username, IP address, version of the application installed, version of the smartphone’s operating system, the smartphone model, its unique connection identifier and its geolocation data. All this information is intended to link the mission to the person(s) who initiated it.
We also collect and process application traces when you connect to the application to complete missions. All the actions that you perform from the moment you connect are recorded and grouped in a “diary” which reinforces the probative value of the missions and helps prevent fraud. These traces are kept in conditions that preserve their integrity and confidentiality, in accordance with our general security policy and our traceability policy.
When you access our Website, we may place small data files on your device. These small data files can be cookies, pixel tags or third-party analysis modules. These are data collection and analysis tools, which make it easier for you to navigate the site and provide you with a better, more personalised experience. Prospecting and Marketing
We may use your e-mail address to offer you MOBEYE Services and to inform you about news regarding these services. A deactivation link contained in the message allows you to at any time stop these mails from being sent. We may also send you requests for your opinion on our services by sending satisfaction questionnaires. The data collected in this manner is anonymous and used exclusively for the purpose of improving the quality of our services.
COMMUNICATION OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
MOBEYE may be asked to provide your personal data: (i) to satisfy a legal obligation, a judicial application or ruling; (ii) in the event of an emergency, to protect or preserve the safety of persons, protect the public or the vital interests of the Company. Outside this framework, MOBEYE SAS undertakes not to transfer or communicate your information to third parties for any purpose whatsoever, including for advertising purposes, without your prior consent.
We guarantee the security of data on you that we collect and process, and as such, MOBEYE SAS implements all the necessary means to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal data. The MOBEYE SAS security policy describes all the technical and organisational security measures implemented to guarantee a maximum level of security within the Company. For example, the Website and the MOBEYE services platform are secured by an SSL type certificate, which encrypts the data transmitted. In addition, access to the data is regulated by a strict access control policy, with only duly authorised persons being able to access it, under predetermined conditions and within the limits of their authorisations. Staff members with access to customer and user data are subject to confidentiality and nondisclosure, and as soon as they are hired agree in writing to comply with the requirements. Where providers are used to collect and / or process personal data on our behalf, we will ensure that such service providers process such personal data in accordance with our security commitments.

How to exercise your rights
You, as a user of MOBEYE Services, can directly exercise some of your rights over the data contained in your MOBEYE account: you can access it at any time, view the offers made and modify some personal information (first and last name). However, the modification of some data (e-mail) is subject to a preliminary verification of your identity by our relevant department, because this information is directly related to your Mobeye account that allows the performance of inventories.
Do we keep your personal data?
We only retain your personal data for the period necessary to perform our services and for the duration of your membership. We store the personal data of closed accounts in accordance with the rules applicable to the protection of your data only to comply with the law, to prevent fraud, recover amounts due, settle disputes, solve technical problems, participate in inquiries, apply our terms and conditions and to take any other action authorised by law.
Likewise, the deletion of the accounts and, in turn, the data relating thereto, is subject to an identity verification procedure.
